What should we take into account when working with people from different nationalities?
How can we best activate participants from different cultural backgrounds to work together?
How might we benefit from multiculturality in product development? Sales? Marketing?
This Unidos training begins with the expectations and values of the work community.
We become familiar with different styles and strategies of communicating, and try out
how well they would work at our workplace. We do practical exercises to build trust
and to find ways to work well together.
At the most concrete level, we create common guidelines. At the school this might
mean rules regarding racist behavior, and at the workplace it might mean the way we
give feedback.
